PACKAGE SAFETY & LIABILITY
All shipped orders become the responsibility of the carrier. In the rare event that a package is lost, please contact USPS to resolve any problems you might encounter.
PRE-ORDERS
Items marked "PREORDER" will have up to 10 days processing time. If you order items along with an item marked "PREORDER" we will ship your order once all items are in stock.
PROCESSING
We will try to fulfill orders within 1 business day but please allow up to 5 business days for processing.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
SHEEPEYAPPAREL does not accept returns for refunds, credits, or exchanges. All sales are final unless product is received damaged or wrong. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order including your shipping address and item sizing prior to finalizing your purchase.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
SHEEPEYAPPAREL is not responsible for any additional costs that may occur through duties, taxes, and any other fees that may arise due to international customs and shipping costs. You are purchasing our products knowing additional costs that may occur are solely the responsibility of you, the purchaser.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
An order confirmation email will be sent to you via email as soon as your order is placed. Once your order has shipped, a shipment confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to your email.
