PACKAGE SAFETY & LIABILITY
All shipped orders become the responsibility of the carrier. In the rare event that a package is lost, please contact USPS to resolve any problems you might encounter. We are not responsible for any incorrect addresses given by the customer or packages lost or stolen after delivery. Customers are responsible for giving the correct address at checkout.
PROCESSING
We will try to fulfill orders within 1 business day but please allow up to 15 business days to process your order.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
SHEEPEYAPPAREL does not accept returns for refunds, credits, or exchanges. All sales are final unless product is received damaged or wrong. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order including your shipping address and item sizing prior to finalizing your purchase. If your order was received incorrect or damaged please do not wash or wear the item. During giveaway periods this is especially important as your entries are automatically and immediately submitted to the sweepstakes company and cannot be withdrawn. We cannot tamper with entries for giveaway vehicles.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
SHEEPEYAPPAREL is not responsible for any additional costs that may occur through duties, taxes, and any other fees that may arise due to international customs and shipping costs. You are purchasing our products knowing additional costs that may occur are solely the responsibility of you, the purchaser.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
An order confirmation email will be sent to you via email as soon as your order is placed. Once your order has shipped, a shipment confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to your email. If you haven't received an update please also check your junk mail.
